Celeritive Appoints Hornaday, Lynott to Board of Directors

CREEK, AZ, Mar 12, 2009 - Celeritive Technologies, Inc., a developer of
innovative technologies that increase machine shop productivity, announced today
that it has appointed Tom Hornaday, Principal of Hornaday Development LLC, and
Larry Lynott, founder of Genesis Private Equity, to its Board of Directors. Both
are members of the Arizona Technology Investor Forum (ATIF), an investment group
sponsored by Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.

Glenn Coleman, Chairman of the Board of Celeritive. "Their vision and
extensive management experience will be tremendous assets to us as we
continue to grow through 2009 and beyond.”
Lynott, a serial entrepreneur, has extensive experience in start-ups and
turnarounds, and raising capital for emerging growth ventures, including high
growth software and technology companies. Larry is a member of the ATIF Steering
and Selection Committee. Mr. Hornaday, a graduate of the University of
California at Berkeley, is the President of Hornaday Development LLC, a leading
developer of commercial real estate in the Phoenix area. He is also well-known
for his devotion to philanthropic work, particularly cancer research. As part of
this effort, Tom recently funded the development of the 110,000 square-foot Mayo
Clinic Collaborative Research Building in Scottsdale, Arizona.
