Caddie Vio Add-On Launched for Photorealistic Rendering

UK, Sep 24, 2008 - Caddie 'Vio', the latest add-on to the 'DWG' based Caddie
CAD software, now offers users the chance to produce stunning photorealistic
visualizations of their schemes and models inside Caddie using this
integrated rendering application.
Based around the latest rendering engine from Sheffield based Lightwork
Design, market leaders in rendering technology with over 2.5 million
installations worldwide, Caddie 'Vio' produces visualizations of the highest
quality, and offers users the versatility to alter and amend their designs
that only a fully integrated solution can provide.
With access to literally thousands of textures providing physically
accurate depictions of real world materials; true to life representations of
natural and artificial lighting; and precise global positioning of models
for correct shadow-casts, Caddie 'Vio' provides users with an easy to use
solution to creating credible photorealistic images. And when wanting to
place models directly into an existing street-scene, Caddie 'Vio' allows
users to include both background and foreground images within their renders
to heighten the sense of reality.
