SolidWorks VARs Alignex, Tridaq to Merge
MINNEAPOLIS,
MN, Jan 6, 2012 - Alignex, Inc., a provider of trusted engineering technology solutions, announces
its merger with Tridaq. The merger will affect the Colorado, Nebraska, South
Dakota, Wyoming and the Iowa territories of Tridaq’s customers. It is scheduled
to take place officially on December 28, 2011, and the combined company will
operate as Alignex, Inc. Tridaq has coexisted for a long time parallel to
Alignex, in adjacent geographic areas, and they feel that this fusion will be a
great win-win solution for their customers as well as employees. Tridaq and
Alignex are assuring customers that the efficient, friendly service they have
come to associate with Tridaq will continue and expand with this union.
