VISTAGY Creates VP Marketing Post for Joshua Fredberg
 WALTHAM,
MA, Jun 11, 2009 - VISTAGY, Inc., a leading provider of industry-specific
engineering software and services, today announced the appointment of Joshua
Fredberg as the company's first vice president of product management and
marketing. Mr. Fredberg will be responsible for managing VISTAGY's
best-in-class products, developing positioning and messaging and working
with the company's industry-leading partners. Mr. Fredberg's appointment
signals VISTAGY's determination to build on the momentum it generated in
2008 so it can expand its leadership in the aerospace, automotive,
transportation interiors and wind energy industries.

Fredberg brings VISTAGY deep software industry experience as well as
expertise in defining target market solutions, strategy and messaging. Mr.
Fredberg previously served as senior vice president of product and market
strategy at PTC, where he worked on industry strategy, marketing and
business development. Prior to PTC, he was director of business development
at Ariba. Before that, he worked at Andersen Consulting Strategic Services
where he consulted on corporate strategy for technology companies.

Mr. Fredberg attended the Wharton School of Business where he earned his
MBA with a concentration in finance. He also attended the University of
Pennsylvania where he received a master's degree in systems engineering. He
received his bachelor's in electrical engineering from Tufts University.
