Civil 3D 2008 Introduction to Corridor Design is a two-day introductory level road corridor design instruction course for new Civil 3D 2008 users. The course is offered in ASCENT’s newly released Project Workbook format, which provides introductory level project-based training and is suitable for instructor-led classes or self-study. The workbook provides students with a complete project scenario. This introduces them to specialized tasks, and exposes them to the Civil 3D tools required to model existing ground surfaces and layout alignments, as well as to create profiles and profile views, sub-assemblies and assemblies, and cross section views. Users also learn about volume calculations, pipe layout, and sharing Civil 3D project data.

By leveraging ASCENT’s experience in data management courseware design for ENOVIA SmarTeam and Pro/INTRALINK, the Vault 2008 Data Management for Inventor Users course provides Inventor users with a comprehensive overview of Vault 2008’s Inventor integration features. for improved productivity and design reuse capabilities. Through detailed step-by-step procedures and hands-on exercises, Inventor 2008 users learn to manage the Inventor design process, specifically how to locate, view, modify and create design data, using Vault 2008. In addition, the course offers recommended best practices to reinforce the course lessons.
