ASCENT Updates AutoCAD, Civil 3D 2010 Training Guides

ASCENT – Center for Technical Knowledge, released updated training guides
AutoCAD 2010 3D Drawing and Modeling and AutoCAD Civil 3D 2010 Survey
Fundamentals – Field to Finish.
The updated AutoCAD 2010 3D Drawing and Modeling training guide
introduces users who are proficient with AutoCAD’s 2D commands to the
concepts and methods of 3D modeling. The guide provides users with a
foundation in 3D fundamentals and explores the main features of AutoCAD’s
advanced 3D workspace. The updated 2010 version of the training guide
incorporates enhancements made to the workspace and interface options,
including the Ribbon and Menu Browser.
ASCENT’s updated AutoCAD Civil 3D 2010 Survey Fundamentals - Field to
Finish has been developed for surveyors and survey technicians that do
not necessarily need all of the functionality that is covered in the AutoCAD
Civil 3D Fundamentals training guide. It equips the surveyor with the basic
knowledge needed to use AutoCAD Civil 3D efficiently in a typical daily
workflow. With this release for 2010, along with changes made to reflect the
new interface, content on Survey Networks, Survey Least Squares, and
Traverses have been added.
