NVIDIA Names Bob Sherbin to Head Corporate Communications
SANTA
CLARA, CA, Feb 27, 2009 - NVIDIA Corporation today announced that it has
appointed Bob Sherbin, a 25-year communications veteran, to the newly
created role of vice president, corporate communications.
Sherbin, 51, will be responsible for strengthening corporate communications
at the company, with particular focus on external corporate messaging and
strategic media relations. He reports to Dan Vivoli, senior vice president,
marketing.

Prior to NVIDIA, Sherbin was vice president at Hewlett-Packard Corp., where
he spent four and a half years, most recently running communications associated
with the company’s acquisition of EDS. Previously, he ran external
communications and corporate communications at HP. He has also held senior
communications roles at Gateway, Merrill Lynch and HSBC, in the U.S. and
Asia-Pacific, and served as a bureau chief and reporter for Dow Jones News
Service in Hong Kong, Stockholm and New York.
