Autodesk VAR Hagerman Acquires Knoxville's AEC CAD

ZION, IL, Sep 30, 2009 - Hagerman & Company, Inc., one of America’s largest
value-added resellers of Autodesk software, today announced the acquisition
of AEC CAD Solutions - Knoxville, Tennessee’s oldest Autodesk reseller.
AEC CAD Solutions has held a highly regarded position as supplier to
design engineers in the fields of manufacturing, architecture, engineering
and government in East Tennessee since 1996. Scott Daley, AEC CAD Solutions
CEO, will continue to serve as a consultant to Hagerman for two years
following the transaction, effective October 1, 2009.
AEC’s customers are cordially invited to contact the Hagerman team at the
previous AEC telephone number, (865) 246-7800, or Hagerman & Company’s
number, (865) 539-2817. All of AEC’s Autodesk subscriptions and support will
be transferred to Hagerman. Business will be conducted from Hagerman’s
location in Century Park III, Suite 250, 10025 Investment Drive, Knoxville,
TN 37932.

customers with its current staff, and will enlarge it to support AEC CAD
Solutions’ customers as well. Barry Counts, Hagerman & Company’s local sales
manager, will be happy to discuss any current needs with any AEC CAD
Solutions customers.
