Stephane Massas Joins Dassault as VP HR Europe
SURESNES,
France, July 7, 2008 - Dassault Systems (DS) (Nasdaq: DASTY; Euronext Paris:

solutions, today announced that Stephane Massas has joined DS as Vice
President of Human Resources Europe.

Stephane Massas, 49 years old, will report directly to Laurence
Dors. Before joining Dassault Systems, Stephane held the position of
Human Resources VP for EMEA at Business Objects where he was in charge of
Human Resources for all divisions in Europe, including Go to Market, R&D and
Corporate. Prior to his responsibilities at Business Objects, Stephane
was Human Resources Director at several high-tech companies including APC,
Adeptec, Cabletron Systems Inc and Dell.
