ROCK HILL, SC, Mar 24, 2015 – 3D Systems Corp. appoints Sungwook Cho as director of engineering.

Prior to this, he served Geomagic Solutions for 8 months as director of new technology and in 3D Systems as director of innovation center in Korea.
Geomagic was acquired by 3D Systems in Feb, 2013 (see news).
According to LinkedIn, Sungwook Cho received a MS degree in mechanical design, CAD from Seoul National University. He has worked in software development, project management and has ng knowledge in CAD, 3D scanning, rapid prototyping, PLM, agile methodologies and reverse engineering.
