of Building Technology and Administration, Norway - serves as a link
between the Ministry of Local Government, the building industry and the
public; provides the authorities with better insight into matters
affecting the building industry and encourages cooperation between the
industry and the public sector; responsible for administering

administer a centralized system of Approval of designers, constructors or
