ARTVPS to Launch Operations in US
PALM
BAY, Florida, April 25, 2007 – ARTVPS, a leading developer of 3D rendering
solutions, is to commence full time operations in the United States.
Headquartered in Cambridge, England, the company has built up an
established reputation for delivering solutions that meet the demands of
real world image production in the automotive, architecture, product design
and entertainment industries. With ARTVPS’ rendering technology also
revolutionizing traditional working methods in photography and commercial
advertising, the company is now gearing up to expand its operations and
exploit increasing market opportunities.
Brian Tyler, CEO at ARTVPS, said: “America is a key market for us. ARTVPS
already has a profile among the design fraternity, but the potential for
expansion into this and other sectors is enormous. This is particularly true
of the US automotive market, which is a primary target for us. In order to
fully exploit the opportunities available, we need to have people on the
ground who can demonstrate the benefits of ARTVPS solutions. We have a firm
commitment to grow business on the other side of the Atlantic, and expect
our US based team to grow considerably over the next couple of years”.
ARTVPS will initially employ a business development manager and a 3D
specialist who will start the operation from a new base in Los Angeles, but
plans are already in place to extend operations to New York and Chicago to
address the scale of market and geography involved. ARTVPS is also looking
to integrate into the US Channel, forging new partnerships with resellers
focused on selling both hardware and software rendering solutions.
Mark Burton, recently appointed as Sales and Marketing Director, will
manage the initiative which follows the launch of two new products.
RenderServer incorporates leading-edge technology from ARTVPS and mental
images and provides users with an extremely fast and robust platform for
high resolution rendering with mental ray. RayBox is a compact and powerful
solution built around ARTVPS’ dedicated ray tracing technology. The
introduction of RayBox means that, for the first time, photorealistic
rendering is readily accessible to visual artists and designers looking to
get more from 3D image creation.
About ARTVPS
ARTVPS leads the way in the development of photorealistic rendering

speeds available, ARTVPS offers businesses real competitive advantage. As
such it is already the first choice for visualizing 3D data in the
automotive, architecture, product design and entertainment industries. The
significant cost benefits and time savings are now also being realized by
thought leaders in photography and post production where ARTVPS is
revolutionizing practices in marketing imagery.
