LEXINGTON, KY, Feb 24, 2009 - VisMasters Design Modeling & Visualization Conference (DMVC) releases impressive speaker round-up for the San Francisco April 28, 2009 event. With a powerhouse advisory board and industry supported program, the VisMasters DMVC speaker line-up is shaping up to be the strongest line-up ever. Jeff Mottle, program director, shares “We’ve been inundated with industry support this year and are pleased to share the first round of confirmed speakers with the community. I’m excited to share that HKS, Inc, one of the United States’ largest architecture firms will be actively involved in our program this year. By aligning our conference with the AIA 2009 schedule, firms such as HKS, Inc, are able to more easily budget time and travel for the VisMasters DMVC, which is a coup for the program and the attendees.”

Led by Taama Forasiepi “Crossing the Chasm: International Project Management” will focus on how the latest visualization technology crosses international borders and bridges new chasms of public interpretation. The field of architectural visualization is extensive and the integration of advanced techniques creates new and interesting dilemmas for artists, engineers, architects, planners, educators, and developers both foreign and domestic.

Her skilled problem solving capabilities come from a vast experience in project management, systems administration, Internet management, visualization and movie production. She is dedicated to her career with over 20 years of experience and is a registered architect in the state of Texas.

David L. Brehm is Creative Director at HKS VIZ, the animation and video production studio for HKS, Inc. and is responsible for overseeing the quality of the studio, art direction and change implementation. Award winning for his industry work, he has a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences from the University of North Texas and an Associates Degree in computer animation and multimedia from the Art Institute of Dallas, where he also taught Computer Animation.

David will focus his presentation on high profile sustainable projects and how they rely on many new technologies and expert fields to bring a project from design to final construction. “A Look Behind the Curtain Wall: How Today’s Profile Projects Were Visualized” will explore several high profile projects and how new and existing technologies were used within the firm throughout the visualization and modeling of the project. Focus on design and collaboration tools will also be featured.
