residential BIM solution called, VisionREZ Designer. VisionREZ Designer is
an OEM customization of the Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture platform and
includes AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture, and VisionREZ Plug In and will be
available under $1,995.00 (USD).
VisionREZ Designer is purpose-built for Architects, Designers and
Drafters who desire an AutoCAD based BIM solution that is enhanced for
residential specifications of production, regional, custom builders and
their support organizations.
 VisionREZ
enables more efficient development of 3D Models, Construction Documents,
Graphic Renderings, Animations, and collaborative data. The platform
includes a suite of solutions, which are specifically optimized for areas
most likely to hinder overall performance, such as roof design, trim
detailing, labeling, and construction documents.
Powered by Autodesk Technology, VisionREZ Designer includes the
industry’s most powerful roof and trim object. The VisionREZ roof is
custom-designed for the residential industry and includes settings to
simplify and automate the efficient development of roof designs.
In addition, you can attach trim to doors, windows, openings, the
VisionREZ roof, and polylines. VisionREZ trim and muntins auto-adjust as the
object it is attached to changes. Trim can be anchored to other trim and the
starting / ending points, shape, width, depth, length or rotation can be
easily be adjusted to your demands.

The Designer Edition of VisionREZ does not include select AutoCAD and
AutoCAD Architecture commercially related features nor does it include
