Dassault, Sogeti Signs Industry Solution Partnership

“As more companies are adopting PLM as a core system, the need for customized PLM solutions and services is increasing. As part of the first offering, Dassault Systems and Sogeti have already begun targeting aerospace industry best practices. Today, aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 partners are facing difficulties quickly accomplishing master model creation and simulation within a fully associative process. This slows the design change process and often results in more human errors. The solution, called “Aircraft Structural Optimization”, will address these issues as they occur during aircraft conception, and will support a high level of parametric modifications, as well as quick propagation to both geometry and analysis.
