ACERI Launches ELECTRICAL Designer 2008
BARCELONA, Spain, February 16, 2007 – ACERI SA, developers of the ELECTRICAL
Designer software range are pleased to announce some of the features clients
can expect to enjoy in this summers new release:
- MDI enabled: Users will be able to open multiple ELECTRICAL
Designer drawings within the same session for creation or edition
purposes.
- Manufacturer based Coil contacts: New possibility to assign
contacts to a relay directly from the manufacturers’ reference
information.
- Scheme based "connect up" options: Define element/terminal
connection orders within the scheme drawing
- Contextual "right click" menus - Right click pop out menus
with contextual commands.
- Data importer – Import & filter any catalogue data directly
into ED.

Following standard company policy, legacy data is 100% compatible with
the four previous ED releases.
This new version of ELECTRICAL Designer will optionally operate – without
any data translation requirement - inside AutoCAD electrical 2007/2008,
supplementing AE commands with the more advanced tools available within ED.
Coming summer 2007!
ELECTRICAL Designer 2008 will operate on Windows XP platforms and will be
fully compatible with AutoCAD 2002/2004/2005/2006/2007/2008, in addition to
AE2007 and AE2008.

to suit every size of company, regardless of language or global location,
