3DSCANCO to Sell Laser Design 3D Scanners
 ATLANTA,
GA, Jan 15, 2009 - 3DScanCo is excited to announce a new partnership with
Minneapolis-based Laser Design Inc., a leading supplier of 3D laser
scanners. By partnering with LDI, 3DScanCo is pleased with the addition of
new 3D laser scanners being added to the repertoire of currently offered
systems, vastly improving the ability to match the right scanner for the
right job. 3DScanCo will now be able to perform 3D scanning services with
unprecedented accuracy and flexibility using LDI's laser scanning systems.
3DScanCo's in-house capabilities will improve and expand as some of the
LDI scanning systems are brought in-house. These scanners include the
Surveyor WS-Series high precision scanning system and the portable
Surveyor-FA (FARO Arm) scanner with an 8" laser line scanner, the industry's
fastest and most accurate scanner for up-close scanning of large parts. The
new portable system greatly expands 3DScanCo's on-site scanning capabilities
and the Wenzel CMM-based WS-Series will provide 3DScanCo with even higher
accuracy scanning perfect for quality inspection.
