Over 400 Attend 3D Systems 2nd World Conference

HILL, SC, Nov 4, 2008 - 3D Systems Corporation (NASDAQ: TDSC), a leading
provider of 3D Printing, Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing solutions,
announced today that more than 400 people from 35 countries attended its
second annual World Conference from October 20-23, 2008, in Charlotte,
NC/Rock Hill, SC.
Attendees from every major industry segment experienced a full range of
learning, exploring and networking opportunities at the Conference that
offered:

- 50 interactive presentations and technical lectures by
industry-renowned speakers;
- 18 hands-on training sessions by expert users in state-of-the-art
educational facilities; and
- 20 partner exhibits from comprehensive CAD to finishing resources.
At the Conference, 3D Systems introduced seven new systems and materials,
including the iPro 8000 SLA Center, the ProJet RealWax and ProJet 5000 3D
Production Systems, and DuraForm PP 100 Sintering Plastic, the industry’s
first polypropylene material, and highlighted these new systems and
materials in exhibits and presentations. The next generation technologies
introduced at the Conference spanned 3D Systems’ 3D Printing,
Stereolithography (SLA) and Laser Sintering (SLS) product lines to show
attendees the future of 3D Printing, Rapid Prototyping and Rapid
Manufacturing solutions.
