TenLinks.com Acquires The CAD Depot

Addition of premier CAD Shareware doubles site traffic, makes TenLinks.com the largest independent CAD site on the Internet

NOVATO, California, April 18, 2008 - TenLinks.com, the fastest growing technical directory on the Internet for engineers, CAD users and other technical professionals, today announced an agreement to acquire The CAD Depot (www.caddepot.com), one of the biggest and most popular CAD shareware sites on the Internet.

"TenLinks.com has worked with The CAD Depot since early 1999, back when it was known as CADsyst.com," said Roopinder Tara, president and CEO of TenLinks, Inc. With this acquisition, TenLinks.com becomes the largest independent CAD site on the Internet. TenLinks.com recorded another record-breaking month in March with over 174,000 page views, an increase of over 35% over the previous month. The CAD Depot, also recorded it best month ever, with over 190,000 page views in March.
